[I will add my personal story and my motivation to enter in an assisted living business here.]
AleraCare, LLC was founded on a simple belief: people managing mental illness, addiction, disability, or reentry after incarceration deserve a real home and a real chance — not just a bed.
We created AleraCare to give Wisconsin residents facing these challenges a stable, structured, and supportive place to rebuild their lives, supported by a small, attentive care team.
“To provide safe, dignified, and individualized residential care for adults with behavioral health, substance use, physical disability, and reentry-related needs — in a genuine home environment that supports stability, recovery, and the highest possible level of independence.”
Safe, structured, and compassionate living environments tailored to the unique goals and dignity of every adult we serve.
At AleraCare, LLC, we believe everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, understood, and supported. We provide a warm, stable environment for individuals living with mental illness and behavioral challenges, where compassionate staff are there each day to help with structure, medication support, behavioral guidance, and calm, caring de-escalation when it's needed most.
We also encourage connection through community activities and offer hands-on help with daily living, all guided by each person's individualized service and behavior support plan. Our hope is simple: to help reduce crises, build lasting stability, nurture independence, and support a richer, more fulfilling quality of life for every individual we serve.
Recovery is a journey, and no one should have to walk it alone. AleraCare, LLC offers a safe, structured, and supportive home for individuals working through drug or alcohol dependency. Our caring team walks alongside residents as they follow their treatment plans, attend counseling or recovery programs, manage medications, steer clear of triggers, and build healthy new routines.
We keep a watchful, encouraging eye on each person's progress, offer steady support and supervision, and coordinate closely with healthcare and behavioral health professionals. Above all, we're committed to helping residents grow their independence, strengthen their coping skills, and build the lasting habits that support long-term recovery.
Coming home after time in the correctional system can feel overwhelming, and having the right support can make all the difference. AleraCare, LLC provides a safe, structured, and welcoming living environment for individuals navigating this transition.
Our team is here to help residents stay on track with community supervision requirements, attend appointments and treatment programs, build positive daily routines, manage medications, and avoid substance use and other setbacks. We also focus on developing practical independent living and community skills so residents feel confident moving forward and building a successful path back into community life.
Every person deserves a home where they feel comfortable, respected, and free to live life on their own terms. AleraCare, LLC offers a safe, accessible, and supportive living environment for adults with physical disabilities, thoughtfully tailored to each individual's unique needs.
Our caring staff are there to help with personal care, mobility, meals, medications, transportation, and everyday activities, always with an eye toward encouraging independence and staying connected to the community. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to dignity, safety, independence, and a genuinely good quality of life for every person we support.
Every resident’s preferences, privacy, and personal choices are respected unconditionally.
We treat residents like family, because that is exactly what a true home should feel like.
Our goal is to support residents in doing as much for themselves as they can safely achieve.
Families and case managers are kept continuously informed and actively involved in care plans.
We hold ourselves to Wisconsin’s licensing and safety standards as an ethical commitment.
